A.U.N.T.I.E. is a Baltimore-based nonprofit supporting children and youth in foster care through mentorship, empowerment programming, life-enriching experiences, and workforce development opportunities.
We grew up with a village — aunties, uncles, teachers, coaches, neighbors who all helped raise us. For too many children today, that village has disappeared. We exist to become it again.

Many children in foster care have placements and caseworkers — but often lack consistent emotional support, mentorship, guidance, and meaningful community connection. A.U.N.T.I.E. exists to stand in the gap, and ensure children feel seen, valued, nurtured, and supported.

Rooted in Baltimore and driven by lived purpose, our founder built A.U.N.T.I.E. & U.N.K. on a simple belief: every child deserves an Auntie or Unk in their corner.
What began as a promise to the forgotten has grown into a movement — mentoring foster and at-risk youth, standing on the stage at the Morgan State EDAC Pitch Competition, and building the village one child, one mentor, one future at a time.
